Just a reminder about your arrival:

1) Airport Pickup – Wednesday January 16th:  a CEA staff member will greet those of you who are arriving at the Seville airport. You will be transferred to the hotel Meliá Lebreros where you will receive a welcome package containing a city map and orientation information.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you don't see us at the airport with our "CEA student pickup" sign... please do not panic! This may happen due to the amount of people at the airport at that moment, or because you went out through a different gate than expected... CEA staff will be there! If for whatever reason you cannot find us, all you have to do is to call us. You just have to reach one of the many payphones you'll find at the airport and call this number:
CEA Emergency number: 645 253 442
We will answer and you will let us know where you are and… that´s it!
The next person you'll see will be me!! :-)

2)  Missed or Delayed Flights: In the event that you miss your flight, or you will be unable to arrive at the airport when expected, please call CEA in Seville on theemergency cell phone at 645 253 442.

Please use your specific housing address and phone number! This ensures that someone will be available to receive your luggage.
